Shipping policy

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Delivery charge

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R110 per order. The delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing time

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking or delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, email address and telephone number. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.

Mulberry Mae cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied when placing an order.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@mulberrymae.co.za with your order number so that we can investigate.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact hello@mulberrymae.co.za promptly with your order number and clear photographs.
